    Beer Bread

    3 c self-rising flour
    2 T sugar
    1 16oz can beer

Set oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray.  Mix ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for 15 minutes. Put dough in pan and bake for 1 hour, or until done.

Notes: must use self-rising flour.  Look for it in the baking aisle next to the regular flour.  Use a medium domestic beer such as Budwieser for this recipe. It gives a nice aroma and flavor.  I tried making this recipe with Guinness, and the bread was horrible.  Apparently it's Brilliant! for drinking not baking.

It's all fun and games until the mannequins start moving...
