I thought I ask about my little trees bug infestation. I see no bugs,but on some the leaves are eaten and on some the leaves just fall off. Is there some all purpose bug stuff out there that would help me. ?

There are many reason's that leaves will fall off trees and have holes in the leaves. i.e. too much or too little water, severe temperature changes, too much or to little fertilizer, plant diseases and bugs. It is important to know the cause if you are going to correct the situation and also before using a chemical that can poison family and pets.  Below are some questions to help me solve this problem.

There are things to control bugs on trees but I will need information on location and types of tree.
Is the tree indoor or outdoors? 
Do you know what types of tree it is?
What do the holes in the leaves look like?
What type of care is the tree getting?
Is it possible for you to post a picture of the problem on email?

Thanks for writing back.

Well,the trees are outside,lots of shade. I water and fertilize. There still young. 3-4 years old. I think one is a chokecherry,the othere crabapple. I'm not sure wich one is wich. Another is a lilac and is in a big pot,till I can find a place to put it.

The leaves one one look like something is just chomping away on ot. The other might have a sheen to it. It just drops leaves. The one in the pot just turns brownish and drops leaves.

Also, I started fertilizing basicly just last summer since they wouldent bloom. I realy don't have the money to by those stakes to put around the tree. But I did get mirical grow. Will that help them bloom?  I realy apritiate you help.

What kind of tree?  Is it indoors?  The leaves may be falling off due to other conditions. Sometimes plant damage can mimic insect problems.  Michele
